The idea is to select a piece that you will not want to take off, but if you need to remove it, you can use a pair of scissors or nail clippers to do so. We recommend keeping the chain after cutting it off so that we can add a clasp to it for you, or reattach it to you or a loved one in the future.

Our chains are durable, but not indestructible. If your permanent jewelry falls off, you can bring it back to us and we can reattach it to you for free.
